Electronic commerce is increasingly becoming an important driving force for China’s consumer demand, promoting the upgrading of traditional industries, the development of modern service industry, and the continuous development of e-commerce can not be separated from the strong support of China’s express industry. In recent years, although China’s express industry has entered a period of rapid development, but the overall level of development of the express industry is still very low, the function remains to be further improved. Therefore, through the evaluation of China’s express industry, found deficiencies and improvement of China’s express industry better and faster development. has important significance.This paper collects the volume of business, business income, the number of outlets, the complaint rate, appeal the satisfaction rate, per capita efficiency, error rate, average time data to construct evaluation index system, and make descriptive statistical analysis to these indexes of each company. Then the Shentong express, Shunfeng express, Yuantong express, Yunda express, Zhongtong express the logistics and express companies characteristics of target layer, criterion layer, solution layer evaluation system were established. Using analytic hierarchy model, AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of subjective evaluation, using principal component analysis model is objective and comprehensive evaluation of the express company,empirical study finds:Using analytic hierarchy process to get the ranking of the five express companies Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Shunfeng, Yunda. AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to get the ranking of the five express companies Shentong, Zhongtong,Yuantong, Shunfeng, Yunda. Using the principal component analysis model evaluation method to get the five express companies ranked as Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Shunfeng, Yunda.Because the above three methods have certain differences, in order to determine the consistency of the results of the three evaluation methods, this paper uses the Kendall consistency coefficient to test. The empirical results show that the three methods are consistent with the consistency test, that is the evaluation results of each method are close to the results. Then the scores of these three kinds of evaluation methods are standardized and combined to evaluate. Get five express companies ranked as Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Shunfeng, Yunda.Finally, based on the conclusion of this paper combined with the problems existing in the development of China’s express industry, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
