Research And Development Of Access Railway Project Management System Based On Standard Process

As the economy is developing faster and the construction of railway infrastructure facilities is strengthening in China, research on railway project is deepening day by day. Access railway is an important part of Chinese railway line network, its project construction is either developing faster, and its project management is attracting growing concern. As modern project management techniques is developing and the process of enterprises' informationization is accelerating, it could be a trend to use an information system to manage project, but, to the access railway enterprises which have no such system, how to combine new ideas about project management with information system to improve the efficiency and level besides eliminating the disadvantage of traditional management is an problem demanded to solve. So, it is essential to research and develop project management system for access railway.In this paper, the author elaborates the purpose and the significance of access railway project management under research background, and then develops the access railway project management system. Firstly, the paper introduces the application of project management system in foreign and domestic, then gives a research and analysis of developing circumstances and project management current situation in access railway, and lists the principles to establish a suitable project management system for access railway. Secondly, the paper separately uses AHP-FCE fuzzy decision-making model and triangular fuzzy number decision-making model to settle bidding decision-making problem and investment allocation decision-making problem which are more important in access railway project management process to assist the decision-making work. Based on above research, the author designs a standard process for access railway project management to manage and control the whole process; After analyzing the data flow, the design of system's structure, function modules and database are completed. At last, the whole access railway project management system is established.Thirty-two figures, sixteen tables, fifty-six references.
