It is the very important year of 2010 for new energy battery, the new industrial revolution of new energy is coming into our life and a new investment surge is happening, while the EV is being industrialized and commercialized with the development of battery technology, such as Lithium Ion polymer, NIMH and Li-co manganate technology, Li-Fe rechargeable battery, has its special advantage on Cordless power tools, energy storage devices.Therefore, this article starts from the development of new energy industry and background of revolution, reviews the development of new energy industry history, analyses the current characteristics of China's new energy industry and changes of the strategic transformation under the trend of marketing strategy, summarized the direction of marketing strategy, objectives and marketing combinations. Using marketing management theory in these companies through the company's external environment, the industrial structure of the "five forces" model and the SWOT analysis framework, we can realize the cubic marketing and our profitable projects, for example, proposed company Marketing Strategy Selection for the three-dimensional marketing and marketing strategy described conditions in different periods and combinations, that is: the new energy industry companies in China should firmly grasp the changes in the energy industry, the industrialization of new energy technologies and national energy strategy to support efforts to continuously strengthen opportunities, innovate marketing concepts, adjust the marketing direction, use the new marketing system, the network streaming media, exhibitions, traditional newspapers and magazines, direct marketing and other three-dimensional marketing combinations, to make the company move one step faster than others and get higher revenue.This article makes also some good professional marketing research and exploration from the micro level. The author researches the SM battery company to reveal suitable marketing strategy and policy, which will be helpful for SM.
