The Study On The Operation Mode Of Logistics Base For Coal Mining Areas

ABSTRACT:Because of the conflict between coal producing enterprises and electricity producing enterprises and the big profit in coal producing, many electricity producing enterprises begin to buy and build their own coal mine to make sure of their coal supply and to search for new method of making profit. However, the output speed of coal mining areas leads to the increase of coal logistics cost and the insufficient supply for electricity industries.To study the operation mode of coal logistics in coal mining areas, this paper defines the range of the logistics base for coal mining areas, then it demonstrates that the railway is the most important transportation means for the logistics base by analyzing the large coal logistics base and the coal transportation channel in China. After that, this paper divides the operation modes of logistics base for coal mining areas into two modes, that is the mode based on origin-direct train in coal mining areas and the mode based on loading location in logistics base, and analyzes the two operation modes from their operation and management agencies, coal transaction modes and coal transportation process. Them it finds out the disadvantages of the two modes by deep analysis.On this base, this paper designs the new operation mode of the logistics base for coal mining areas by designing the management agency, coal transaction mode and the coal transportation process in the logistics base for coal mining areas and makes comparison between the now operation mode and the old modes respectively. At last, this paper gives an example of Northern Yuheng coal mining areas logistics base to explain the character of the new operation model.
