Study On Logistics Distribution Mode Decision Of Coal Enterprises Based On Supply Chain

With the progress of the society and the development of economy, people obtained less and less profit in the material consumption and labor cost , then logistics was gradually known as the third profit source. Coal enterprise was an important energy base industry in our country. Every year the logistics cost occupied 40% to 60% of the total cost, and the cost of logistics distribution remained high and not fell, if you want to reduce the cost of logistics distribution you must choose a reasonable mode of logistics distribution. The new meaning and function of logistics for the coal enterprise was given by supply chain management, and it provided enough theoretical basis to make rational distribution model for the coal enterprise.At first, the literature on logistics distribution mode dicision making was reviewed in this thesis, so we realized that it was necessary to perfect logistics distribution mode decision making model unceasingly. The development process of decision-making model was analyzed and the development trend was outlooked. Then we guided enterprises to establish coal seamless connection distribution strategies and raise the main mode and development trendunder of the logistics and distribution in coal enterprises under the supply chain environment by combining with the charcteristics of logistics activities and using the optimal management thought of supply chain management system in coal enterprises. At last, we summarized nine main effective factors influencing the logistics distribution decision-making mode of coal enterprise, weighting the effective factors by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), building the logistics distribution mode decision making model of coal enterprise by Set Pair Analysis(SPA) and making the logistics distribution mode decision of coal enterprise through set pair potential. Using the research of this article in some coal group successfully explained it was applicative for the logistics distribution mode decision of coal enterprises. The SPA was simple and easy to operate and it was suitable for all kinds of enterprise to make similar logistics distribution mode decision.
