A Study About The Regional Cohesion Of Industry From The East To The West

As the advancement of Chinese marketization process, the disparity between the Eastern and the Western has become increasingly obvious and the gradient has formed. For the Eastern region, on one hand, it urgently needs to speed up its pace of industrial restructuring under the impact of the international financial crisis, on the other hand, it faces the bottleneck of constraints in human resources, land and other aspects after a long-term development. For the Western region, it undertakes a good opportunity for the industrial transfer from the Eastern region. However, the industrial transfer in western regions does not go as expected, the industry of the developed Eastern region began to shift to less developed region in the Eastern so that it has a tendency to finish its own industrial shift in the Eastern region. It is especially important for the Western region to deal with this viscosity phenomenon in the industrial shift as it is a serious problem in China. This paper first carries on the summary of correlation research of industrial transfer and its sticky phenomenon at home and abroad and then investigates the cause of this sticky phenomenon by analyzing the mechanism of the shift from the Eastern to the Western and combining with the recent situation of industrial shift in China. Finally, taking Chongqing as an example, this paper fist analyzes the current situation of Chongqing and its advantages and disadvantages, as well as opportunities and challenges for carrying on industrial shift and then it puts forward some relevant strategies and suggestions from the aspect of enhancing its own capability for dealing with this problem.In this paper, the Industrial Development of East and West, the eastern region of the western regions to undertake a mechanism for transfer of industry analysis for viscous addition, factors of production and government administration from the two aspects of the reasons why there viscous transfer of industry, which is the viscosity of this paper, the transfer of industries of innovation.However, failure to find a reasonable transfer of scientific methods to industrial strength adhesive, Physics and Chemistry measure, which is sticky for the industrial transfer of one of the difficulties should be greatly exceeded.
