Research In Industry Transference From Sunan To Subei

The third congress of the party's convention has put forward "five harmonies",in which region harmony is of vital importance.There is huge gap between Sunan and Subei in Jiangsu province.To promote regional coordinated development,Jiangsu government has made the decision of linking the North-South cooperation and promoting the industry transference from Sunan to Subei.Many governments and enterprises in Sunan and Subei have positively acted.This paper is written under this reality background.In this paper,to select the most representative industry transference from Suzhou to Suqian in Jiangsu Province to study,is possible because there are the gradient difference between the level of economic development,the most obvious industry transference situation,the most typical representative.Through investigation and study of industry transference status quo from Suzhou to Suqian,including the analysis of total amount,the analysis of type,the analysis of level,the analysis of pattern,then explore the power mechanism of industry transference,including the market reasons and political reasons, subsequently carry out an empirical evaluation of the effect of the industry transference, including positive effects and negative aspects,further identify the problems in the industry transference,and then propose the measures to perfect the industry transference.Finally, the conclusions of this article:Sunan should actively participate in international competition,and strive to occupy the high point of the industrial chain,and should vigorously develop modern service sector to achieve the upgrading of industrial structure of Sunan at the same time;Subei should implement the change from the alone dependent on the land cost advantage,labor cost advantage,and the policy advantages to industrial clustering advantages,competitive soft investment environment,advanced concepts and innovative advantage as soon as possible.The development process must be the formation of self-organization,rather than the dependent on the governmental power.
