Research In Problems With Regional Industry Transference Of Jiangsu

The non-average in nature between regions leads to the objective phenomenon, that is, dis-equilibrium economy development in the evolution of the economic relationship between regions and the regional economy development. The industrial echelon that takes on among regions makes the regional industry transference an objective tendency within the regional economy development. As the economy development opportunity proliferates, the regional industry transference becomes significantly influential in promoting the harmonious development of regional economy. In the thesis, the author claims that in the early 20th century, adopting to the new changes that have taken place at home and abroad, Jiangsu government is supposed to face the regional industry transference and speed up the harmonious economy development among regions, with which as the logical starting point, and with the problems with the industry transferance among different regions in Jiangsu province as the research subject, based on the induction of the four patterns of industry transference , the author will appraise the effect of industry transference. Then, the author will point out what impedes the industry transference and the underlying reasons. Lastly, the author will put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems. the writer argues that typical problems with the industry transference among regions in Jiangsu are: on one hand, the two sides are weak in propelling and receiving industry; on the other hand, government and the market play roles reversedly. Hence, the author, based on the specific measures put forwarded to strengthen the power of propelling and receiving on part of the two sides, the relationship between government and market will be regulated, will design one way-----the mechanism of regional industry transference coordination specifying how government reasonably and properly intervenes the regional economy development.
