Researcher On Logistics-Cooperation Model Of Port Group

With the growth of China's foreign trade volume, the logistics capacity of port hinterland has gradually increased, which has directly led to the expansion of the port scale and the increase of the port number, and resulted in the situation of many independent ports in the coastal areas. This has intensified competition between ports, causing the phenomenon of waste and duplication of resources. In order to always maintain a superior position in the increasing market-competitive, the port must constantly enhance its awareness of cooperation, implement cooperative competition model, and make a clear functional positioning and division of the ports, to play the advantages of the port group alliance to enhance the core competence of the port group.Therefore, on the basis of the research status at home and abroad, through analysis and comparison of theories and methods, this paper uses theory and application of system dynamics simulation method to establish a port group logistics cooperation model, analyzes the relations of the internal elements in the port group logistics system, then with the port group in Hebei province as the focus, proposes the logistics cooperation model.Firstly, based on the analysis and comparison of domestic and international port logistics development model, this paper studies the formation of the port group and port logistics development status groups, proposes the main combination model for port group as an important theoretical basis of the actual management of the port group.Secondly, based on the analysis of relative theory and investigation, propose key measures to solve the problem of development of portal logistic system, then establish the theoretical model of portal logistic cooperation model oriented by key competitiveness, and suggest determination of portal core business as the key step.In the next, this paper establishes the systematic dynamic simulation model of portal cooperation model. By illustrating the cause-and-effect relationship of different ports and drawing the flow chart through quantitative analysis, analyze the efficiency impact factor within portal logistic systems, and construct overall portal evaluation system, while focuses on the feeding mechanism between system elements.At last, taking Hebei port group as an example, the simulation verify the applicability and university of theoretical model. Establish relation equations by determining related parameters. Simulation data determine the future developing goal of Hebei port groups and their respective roles thus lay the foundation of cooperation development of the whole port group.
