It has become the mutual experience to develop our modem port cities by flourishing with the port,helping by the cities,and hinterland to go simultaneously in this way it promotes the city and the port interact with each other.But during the furies competition it didn't have any advantage just develop port only,so ally those port which lies in the similar location can be a boost to all allies.Recognizing the port-logistics alliance system correctly has essential and strategic meaning for the lay-out of ports and the trend of urban capital asserts so as to accelerate the development of the hinterland's economy.However,it's really variational as to the inner factors of the port-logistics alliance(due to its complexity)recent studies on the port-logistics alliance system have only explained briefly or static computation terms,lacking of dynamic analogies.Based on domestic and international research on port-logistics alliance and the development of port logistics on the positive and negative impacts of present research to the city,according to the typical problems on the port-logistics alliance system,the resolving is extracted and then the dynamic model of the port-logistics alliance system based on system dynamics is established.In the setting of the model parameter,the paper applies the theory of macro-economics;econometrics method has been used when analyzing the data.The combination of these methods makes the port-logistics alliance system model closer to the actual system.As an application,the paper applies the model to Guangzhou,Shenzhen,and Hong Kong,to forecast and analyze the development of these three ports in 2020.After confirmed this model with historic data,suggestions have been given by simulating the data with the port-logistics alliance,and conclusions have gotten by analyzing the results which can support the later study of the port-logistics alliance system.
