The Constructing Process And Risk Prevention Research Of Industry Alliance

Due to the progress of technology to accelerate ,the investment and risk of technology development increases , the expansion and fierce of the global competition, the industrial union is valuing by all countries' business and even by the goverments, research institutes,colleges.Establishing the industrial union to realize the complementary between enterprises is a effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in China. Industry alliance is the future of China's enterprise, researching the industry alliance has a major league of theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the constructing process of the industry alliance and its risk prevention as the object. firstly this paper analyzed the background of industrial alliance, expounds the connotation of industrial union's characteristics and its theoretical basis. Then the paper analyses the construction process of the industry alliance.According to the different purpose to construct the alliance , the industry alliance are divided into r&d cooperation industrial union, technical standard industry alliance and the industry chain cooperation industry alliance, market cooperation industry alliance four categories.This paper used the concept of industrial union life cycle, through graphic combining ,explains the industry alliance's formation, development and operation, disintegration of the entire process. Later, this paper analyzed the factors that cause industry alliance failure, namely the risk that the industry alliance would faced.Aim at all risks, this paper proposed "establishing alliances risk management institutions, exhausted member's power , responsibility and interests , strengthen risk prevention" internal preventive measures and "perfecting statutory policies, strengthen credit constraints, introducing media system" outernal preventive measures.Combining the internal preventive measures with the outernal preventive measures will prevent the risk and improve the operation efficiency and increase the alliance's success rates. Finally, through the analysis of the previous part, this paper combined with the Chengdu rail transportation industry alliance's actual situation, analyzed t the Chengdu rail transportation industry alliance's development situation and existing problems, and advances the mode of Chengdu rail transportation industry alliance, and puts forward some reference suggestion.
