Research On The Co-opetition Relationships Between The Members Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance

In the present background of co-opetition, the relationships between enterprises have changedfrom the simply competitive relationship into the coexistence of competition and cooperation. Theshift of the relationship has a major impact on the technology innovation. The IndustrialTechnology Innovation alliance has become an important part of the national innovation system, theco-opetition relationships also exists in the alliance members. In some extent, the co-opetitionrelationship of members affects the stable development of the alliance. Thus it also affects theoverall innovation performance and synergetic values of alliance. Therefore, the study of theco-opetition relationships between Alliance members has an important and practical significance forthe healthy development of the alliance.Firstly, the paper clarifies the research objects and contents and elaborates the relevantresearch foundations based on the relevant literatures. Secondly, the paper analyzes the currentdevelopment status of the alliance members and co-opetition relationships, and then summarizes thereasons of instability status of the co-opetition relationships. The paper mainly describes thedevelopment status of the alliance members and o-opetition relationships from three aspects, suchas numbers, trends and industries.On the basis, the paper elaborates the causes of instability statusmainly from two aspects of the internal and external, and then analyzes the existing problems andappropriate treatment recommendations between Alliance members through the Integrated circuitpackaging Alliance case. Once again, the paper fully uses the data gained from field research ofalliance to research the co-opetition relationships between alliance members and analyze the factorsaffecting the co-opetition relationships between alliance members in terms of investigation statisticsand spss statistics. Then, the paper summarizes the analysis results.Thereby, the paper provides thedata support for the smooth development of the co-opetition relationships between Alliancemembers. Finally, according to the conclusion of analysis results and development status of theco-opetition relationships, the paper proposes suggestions to promote stable and orderlydevelopment of the co-opetition relationships from three aspects, such as the government`s policysupport and guidance, proper selection of partners, trust and risk mechanisms.
