Research On The Adjustment Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Members Based On The Life Cycle

Since entering the 21 st century, emerging industries have been regarded as the main strategy of world economic development like a new economic driver besides China. Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance(here in after referred to as the alliance) has attracted much attention due to its playing an important role in the process of developing strategic emerging industries. Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance is a new technological innovation organization in manufacture-learningresearch cooperation, agglomerating industry technological resources and innovating rapid industrialization, which can perform effectively and quickly break through the industrial generic technology development and create independent intellectual property rights. At the moment our country's industry technology innovation strategic alliance have got a group of innovative achievements in the field of key industries, which provide strong support for industrial upgrading and structure adjustment. But the coalition of cooperation between enterprises, universities, research institutions mechanism has not yet formed, such as stability, knowledge sharing; Voluntary union regulatory policies of the government at all levels is not yet perfect; The support for the development of industry of intermediary service system is necessary to be built. All these factors influenced the alliance innovation efficiency and effectiveness a lot, and has become an important factor of industrial technology innovation.In order to make sure the implement effective operation of the alliance, the author of this paper started base on the life cycle theory, technology innovation, strategic alliances and knowledge sharing theory to explore the change problems run in the enterprises, universities, research institutions and other organizations in the process of technological innovation alliances in different life cycle. Through introduce the concept of life cycle and the life cycle theory, the author summarize the present situation of the study; take the research results of predecessors' achievements analysis and make a guess;Then starting from the key work content of alliance in the different stage, in-depth analysis of industry technological innovation strategic alliance members in the influence factors of different stages of life changed. To calculate the data obtained through questionnaire research and internet survey with SPSS19.0, get the related and determined influence factors of each stage.Then put forward related suggestions according to the factors. Finally, in order to demonstrate the validity of the conclusion,this paper introduced the CIAR, with one project as an example, to increase the credibility of the research conclusion. The first innovation point of this article is to refer to the "self-help", make its own judge in what stage; Second is combining the questionnaire and case, double strengthen the article`s conclusion. Overall, in this paper,on the one hand, it perfect the theoretical basis and analysis framework of alliance cooperation, expand the application range of the life cycle theory; On the other hand,through the strategic emerging industry technology innovation alliance members,research on the laws of the changes, and the establishment of the effective mechanism for unions in the process of running, provide theoretical references and methods.
