Work efficiency management is the core content in enterprise management. A scientific and effective work efficiency management system can help enterprises raise staff positivism and its core competitiveness. At present, although the work efficiency management theory has got a better practice in many industries, in some industries especially in our power-enterprises, there still exist many problems in their work efficiency management. So it is urgent to create a reasonable and effective one, which will represent the characteristics of the power supply industry. Based on the related theory of work efficiency management, the paper selects a representative of the power supply enterprises-TL Electric Power Supply Company to research on, and finds its main existing problems and the reasons which caused these problems in their work efficiency management. Then the paper will propose the corresponding countermeasure, and establish a set of reasonable and effective work efficiency management system.Firstly, referred to the native and foreign dynamic research of work efficiency management, the paper puts forward its study background and significance. At the same time, the paper chooses the related theory and method as its research theory foundation and technical support.Secondly, adopting the qualitative and quantitative method, as well as combining the theory with practice, the paper analyses the situation of work efficiency management in the TL Power Supply Company, and finds the main existing problems as following:the too complicated examination content, the unscientific assessment standards, and lacking of performance feedback and good communication, etc.Furthermore, aiming at the problems above, this paper redesigns the company's work efficiency management system by use of the theory of work efficiency management. Firstly, in order to ensure the new work efficiency management run normally, this thesis rebuild a new organization structure of work efficiency management system; Secondly, it use the balanced scorecard (BSC) to construct the new evaluation 3-level indicator system (enterprise, departments and employees),which is key performance indicator (KPI) system. Finally, it designs a closed-loop work efficiency management process, which includes performance planning, performance coaching, performance assessment and performance feedback. In the end, this paper points out the key point to promote the company work efficiency management, and emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement on the work efficiency management system.
