Research On Management Innovation Mode Of Zhongdian Equipment Company

In recent years power need and investment increased rapidly with the development of demestic economy. Power equipment enterprises play an important role in national economic construction as manufacturing scientific and technological enterprises. Most of these enterprises, however, are still state-owned whose management modes cannot keep up with market-oriented severe electricity enviroment. It is essential to interate existing resources according to the change of exterior and internal environment including harsware and sofeware such as management frame, enterprise vision and culture and so on. Management innovation is an effective way to establish harmonious enterprises and realise sustainable development.Zhongdian Equipment Corporation is newly recombined with piping branch company, cooling technology branch company and construction branch company owned by China zhongneng Group. Based on current situation investgation and empirical study this paper analyses the main management problems and their reasons during interation with advanced management technology and experiences from home and aboard, puts forward series of management innovations in system, mechanism, concept and culture aspects and corresponding methods in detail. New proper management mode and specific implementation plan are proposed for the company which are suggested to put into practice gradually. More interprises will get enlightenment and practical guidance from the experience and achievement in their management innovation.
