Research On The Mode Of Technology Innovation Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Heilongjiang

Equipment manufacturing is a basic industry which provides technology and equipment for national economic development and national defense. Heilongjiang Province is an important component of northeast old industrial base and the development of equipment manufacturing has made tremendous achievements, but also there are some problems. With quick pace of economy globalization, competition between enterprises gradually becomes the competition of technological capability. Thus, for the enterprises of equipment manufacturing in Heilongjiang Province, how to enhance technological innovation capability of enterprises is a major problem about development of equipment manufacturing enterprises. The factors that effect the development of equipment manufacturing and the promotion of technological innovation capability are so many, but whether accords with the development of equipment manufacturing and the status quo of technological innovation capability of enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the right to choose a reasonable mode of technological innovation is the most crucial. Thus, the systematic analysis and study on the mode of technological innovation, also to choose suitable mode of technological innovation for equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province has an important significance to improve core competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang for coping with the fierce market competition.This paper elaborates theory of the mode of technological innovation, and studies the connotations of technological innovation, content, characteristics and classification. Through the analysis of development of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and the status quo of R&D level, as well as the comparative analysis of other provinces in China, this paper points out the main problems for technological innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang, including inadequate investment in R&D, the loss of scientific research staff and a serious imbalance of personnel, the lack of self-innovation ability, inadequate integration of industry resources, products with low technological content and high labor costs, the weak of introduction and absorption and digestion capacity. Using statistical analysis software spssl3.0, the paper carries out an evaluation for technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang. It conducts sub-sector evaluation of equipment manufacturing in Heilongjiang and comparative analysis with the national average level. Through drawing on the latest research results at home and abroad, it builds mode of technological innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang, taking into account the internal and external factors that impact the selection of technological innovation mode and three major factors, including the technological innovation capacity of existing enterprises, the life cycle stage enterprises be in and the scale degree of enterprise. And it also proposes implementation measures of technological innovation for equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang from both macro and micro aspects.
