Post-evaluation is indispensable part of construction project management. Financial evaluation is particular parts of post-evaluation, It can directly reflect the financial position of construction project and is important for the power company to improve and refine the project management level. With the gradual deepening of power market system and power grid construction investment increased year by year, the power company will pay more attention for the post-evaluation of construction projects. Distribution network is an important asset in the power companies. Because of price mechanism and other reasons, it is specificity compared to other assets. So it is an urgent and new subject for the power company to establish post-evaluation mechanism and improve the financial evaluation methods and systems.This paper references the research results at home and abroad, it introduces the post-evaluation method of distribution network construction project and introduces post-evaluation programs, implementation time, evaluation criteria and evaluation process in the beginning. Then in-depth study in the financial evaluation of post-evaluation of the distribution network construction projects, the study includes: first, financial indicators include profitability, solvency, operational efficiency and capacity of the survival and development; second, comprehensive financial evaluation system which reference evaluation methods such as Wal-score; third, uncertainty analysis which include sensitivity analysis and risk analysis is added to comprehensive financial evaluation system. Last part is applied research to validate the application and rationality of post-evaluation system.
