In the process of rapid economic growth, excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution problems become more severe, causing the government's attention. In the traditional model of economic development, economic development and resource conservation, environmental protection is in the opposite side. Rapid economic development will inevitably lead to excessive consumption of resources and serious environmental pollution. With the continuous improvement of living standards, there is an urgent need to change the traditional model of economic development, so that the development of economy will not happen in the costs of resource consumption and environmental pollution, in which economy and environment can development coordinately to fulfill the need of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. The logistics industry always consumes a large part of energy and makes a lot of damage to the nature. Under the background of promoting green logistics, recycling economy environment, this paper firstly analyzes the theories of Green Logistics, Circular Economy, Low-carbon Economy and Environment-friendly, and then proposes environment-friendly concept of the logistics system, and clears the environment-friendly logistics system definition, content and features.Environment-friendly logistics system is a complex giant system which involves the relationships among economic, logistics, resources and environment. System Dynamics has advantages in the analysis of complex systems, so this article selects the method to do analysis of environment-friendly logistics system. Firstly, this paper establish the boundaries of the system and build up the feedback structure of the model after logic analysis. Secondly, creates formulas of the model by the ways of regression analysis, searching yearbook and other information and mathematical deduction. Finally, the model is tested and proven that it can be used to do policy simulation.In order to fulfill the emission reduction target in the 12th Five-Year Plan, the paper does four simulations from four directions, which are investment increasing, energy consumption reduction, emission factor reduction and structure improvement. After the analysis, it can be found that there is not enough administration fee for pollution so it needs to add much more investment. Meanwhile, reducing energy consumption and reducing nitrogen oxide emission factors can largely reduce pollution. Last but not least, railway transportation has a significant advantage in low energy consumption and pollution. However, due to limited railway capacity, the potential of railway is also limited.
