Under the influence of the global financial crisis in 2009,the global maritime fell 1.4% year on year for the first time of negative growth in nearly 20 years.As well as the demand of port,which is the hub for maritime industry and port node, has dropped day by day, the regional ports competed more and more fiercely. Although the global economy has shown signs of recovery, the international port industry needs new adjustments. In the post-crisis era, the expansion of the port function and improvements of service levels will be the important part of future port competition.When President Hu inspected Shandong Province in April 2009,he stressed "vigorously development of the marine economic, scientific uses of marine resources, Cultivating marine advantageous industries and to build a Shandong peninsula blue economic zone "Shandong peninsula zone was approved as the national blue ocean economic scientific development path of pilot area in May 2010.As the peninsula economic leader, Qingdao should shoulder the burden of economic construction of blue. After experiencing the financial crisis, facing port throughput structure and shipping market changes, Qingdao port has been exposed to the problems like the contradiction of institutional management system, dysfunction, bond productivity development and so on. Under the new situation how to develop the next business development strategy, realize the enterprise resources optimization allocation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the currently face urgent task of the Group.Qingdao Port Group is a company that port as the core industry. In this paper, I choose Qingdao port terminal company as the research object. I have studied the domestic and foreign port development trends and characteristics and the development direction of Qingdao port in the future and analysis on internal and external environment that Qingdao port terminal company faces, using the enterprise strategic management theory. On the basis of analysis on the relationships among the internal port, the port and the hinterland. I formulated the Qingdao Group development strategy. In the end I proposed the relevant strategies of strategic implementation.
