Along with the fast development of the economy, logistics, as we know, the third profit source, are drawing more and more attention of the government, enterprises and the public. On the other hand, most of the producers play much attention on the forward logistics, much less about reverse logistics. The problems such as solid waste, environment pollution and exhaustion are becoming more serious, the study on the reverse logistics on the basis of green logistics is very crucial.In recent years, domestic automobile industry is developing rapidly. Automobiles are commonly used in every part of the commercial activities. The upgrade of social life strengthens purchasing power; people are buying more and more autos for daily use of themselves. On the other hand, the competition of domestic auto manufactures is becoming more aggressive. The effective measures in the field of cost, quality and service are essential. To reduce the environmental impact, the auto industry should pay more attention on the management of the auto reverse logistics with the green logistics idea. The cost of labor, logistic resource and the equipment in our auto industry are much less than that of the developed countries, but the cost of reverse logistics is much higher, the waste of resource and environment pollution becomes more crucial.From the concept introduction of reverse logistics with others study achievements, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the reverse logistics and analyze its relationship among other few concepts. The paper concludes the problems in the process of automobile reverse logistics, and give the solutions form three angle—the government, the automobile manufactures, and customers, and designed the automobile reverse logistics process. Especially the important part of the reverse logistics, the end-of-life automobiles, combined with the problems in the institution in recovery of ELA, especially the effective recycling, materials reuse and proper disposal of the end -of-life vehicles. The paper proposes the relative countermeasures; I propose the way to collect ELAs effectively and design the dismantle process. Then, the paper induces the ideas of Green logistics, points out the importance of the environmental impact in the process of the reverse logistics. In the last part of the paper, I set up the multi-hierarchy criteria system, use the AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method and FCE(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation) method to evaluate the green degree of automobile reverse logistics system. As a result of the analysis, the paper points out the process and the criteria which automobile manufactures should focus on, give the reference in the progress of the automobile reverse logistics, so as to save resources and protect environment. |
