| Along with the speedy development of the logistics technology, the use of the logistics facilities becomes wider and wider in the field of logistics. Logistics centers have changed the loading and unloading mode from basing on manpower to mechanical and automated logistics equipments, and with the use of them, it has improved the level of mechanization and working performance of the logistics centers.A great part is acquisition cost and operating cost of the logistics facilities, in the operating costs of the logistics centers. However, the volume of many facilities, such as storage rack, etc, has determined in the beginning of the logistics center planning, which can not change easily, therefore, the key problem is determine the inventory of the loading and unloading facilities, in order to increase the benefit of the logistics centers.In this article, firstly, it expound the current situation and problems of the logistics facilities in our country, the problem is, some of the facilities keep a overtop inventory and has a high rate of leaving unused. Secondly, it analyses the factors which effect the inventory of the facilities, they are, the total quantity of work of the logistics centers, the equipment life, the rate in good and bad condition of the equipments, and the operate cost, and so on. Thirdly, it analyses the rate of good condition and bad condition, and studies the rate of the facilities which keep in different conditions, with the survival data statistical analysis technique and Markov chains. With the analysis the costs of the equipments in different conditions, it builds a Integer Linear Programming model, and give the related genetic algorithm. Lastly, it gets the result with the genetic algorithm with MATLAB, and get a good optimize effect, and resolves the determination of the inventory of the loading and unloading equipments of the logistics centers. |
