| With the rapid development of China’s economy and foreign trade and containerization, the container transportation of ports has been developing boundly. Recently about70%ofinternational cargoes are transported by the containerization. But the confliction betweenrapid growth of container throughput and lack of capacity of container terminals became moreand more serious. And lots of researchers focus on the studies of that in the way of improvingthe efficiency of loading and unloading. Some results are very useful, such as optimization ofterminal transportation, optimizing management of container terminal yard, handlingtechnology design and so on. However, the results are more about devices optimization underthe loading or unloading operation and less under the mixed operation. But it can enhance thehandling efficiency and decrease the total handling time more.In this paper, the minimal total handing time is considered as the study purpose, andwharf apron operation area is the research object concluding bridge cranes and container carsand gantry cranes, and mixed operation is the handling technology. We mainly research on theoptimization of those three devices into shorten the total loading and unloading time.In the beginning, the loading/unloading operation system can be studied based on theflowshop theory, after making some assumptions and simplifications of it. Then, based on theflowshop theory and0-1integer programming, we propose three-phase-coordination model tostudy the mixed operation system. Last, we simulate a container terminal and optimize theresults of mathematic model with it.The innovation achievements of this thesis are as the follows: researching onloading/unloading operation model in the container terminal mapping to flowship model, proposing the SDEVS by simplifying the DEVS, building the three-phase-coordination modelbased on the flowshop theory and0-1integer programming, researching the mixed operationsystem by the three-phase-coordination model, simulating a container port by the eM-Plantbased on the SDEVS analysis of this terminal. |
