The logistics' role has been recognized with the progress of human society and economic development. Logistics industry is considered to be the accelerator for economic development, the third profit source for sustainable and effective enterprise. Developing logistics industry can improve industrial structure and the pattern of economic development, can promote the coordinated development of regional economy. Thereby, Improving the comprehensive competition of the nation. It's getting closer between economic development and logistics industry of Liaoning province, people's understanding of logistics goes more and more deeply, many scholars launched study on logistics industry, but most of them are from the qualitative point of view. In order to fully study the relationship between economic development and logistics industry, need to deeply analyze the current problems and the status of logistics in the economic development. Finally, proposing feasible recommendations and measures.This paper studies the changes of logistics industry during the process of economic development of Liaoning province. Firstly, proposing the currencies and the problems of logistics industry, and putting forward the achievements of logistics industry during the development. Secondly, proposing the current development of relevant industries, that logistics industry has a very good economic environment support from an objective view. Thirdly, analyzing the relevancy between logistics industry and other related industries, logistics growth rate in the next 5 years by using quantitative method of gray analysis. This paper analyzes the problems between logistics industry and other related industries from gray correlation, the logistics industry obtains great developing space from the develop trend of logistics. Then, it establishes more accurate formulations.The results identified the correlation between logistics and other industries are not very closed, indicating that although logistics industry is the basic and supporting industry in Liaoning province, but at current stage, the logistics industry has some constraints and bottlenecks for economic development. On the other hand, from the trend of logistics that the economic has a fast rapid development, so it gives rise to the huge demand for logistics services. Therefore, logistics industry should be given priority to support during economic development, which not only meet the country's macroeconomic restructuring and rejuvenation, also in line with actual needs of economic development. Finally, this paper proposes some recommendations and measures, and the inadequacies of this study.
