Land resources are not only the material basis of human survival, but also the most basic productive resources and environmental conditions. Land use types change not only change the type and quantity of ecosystem services supplied to human but also arise the change in value composition ratio of ecosystem services. land use change play a decisive role in maintaining its service functions by changing the structure and function of ecosystem. Doing research on ecosystem services under land use types change has an important meaning. Since the 20th century, due to rapid population growth, available land resources are relatively less and less, so land-use issues brought to growing attention around the world. In this context, global environmental change has increasingly become the focus of the international community, global environmental change research therefore flourished. Therefore, land use change (LUCC) occupies an important position in global environmental change and sustainable development, is an important part of global change research. Under the background of sustainable development, ecosystem services value has been one of the most active international research areas in recent years. The karst area in Southwest China is regarded as a seriously fragile ecological zone, Once the ecosystem is damaged, it can not restore by itself. In Karst areas, rapid population growth and the rapid economic development and irrational land use cause desertification, soil erosion, water pollution, soil degradation and loss of biodiversity and other environmental problems. This has a serious impact on evolution of the local living environment and sustainable development, the conflicts between regional population-resources-the environment are becoming more and more prominent. This paper explains land use dynamics, and quantify its development and changes in karst area, in order to establish basis for the research of social and economic development and ecological environmental protection. This paper quests the land use change and ecological services value on the basis of learning from domestic and foreign research progress, methods, content, and result according to the actual situation in Nanchuan district, then the study calculates the ecological services value and reveals the relationship between regional land use and the ecological services value. It will provide a scientific foundation for the sustainable development of land. The results show that:(1)During the entire study period, forest land, residential and industrial land, transportation land, water conservancy facilities, garden area increased, cultivated land, unused land area is reduced. The change trend of forest land is the biggest, increased by 16664.67hm2; The second is farmland, increased by 12570.33 hm2. Construction land and water area have increased, unused land has a relatively large reduction, grass slightly reduce. Among these, transport land use has the most significant change These changes indicate that the main types of land use change from farm and unused land to forest land and construction land in the study period in Nanchuan.(2) Between 1997-2008, the value of ecosystem services in Nanchuan continue to increase. increased by 2.66 Billion during 11 years, ecosystem services value in 2008 was 1.08 times as much as 1997. Ecosystem services value in Nanchuan is mainly contributed by the water and woodland, so water and woodland has a greater impact on the value of ecosystem services.(3)The land use area and the value of ecosystem services has a significant correlation. In 1997-2008 these 11 years, the forest ecosystem service value has the maximum influence degree of 0.74907, followed by arable land, its influence degree of ecosystem service value is 0.19301. It can be seen:the forest has the greatest impact on the total value change of ecological value in the entire study area.(4)A11 sensitivity indexes are less than 1, this result shows that the value of ecosystem services in the study area is lack of flexibility relative to the ecological value of the coefficient, so the research is credible.
