Research On Construction Standard And Construction Pattern Of High Standard Farmaland, Chongqing

In order to guarantee the healthy and sustainable development on social and economy of our country, and to realize "the total amount of cultivated land in dynamic equilibrium", a series of related policy of protecting cultivated land have been proposed. Chongqing is the reform testing area of urban and rural coordinating with synathesis and whole set, not only to satisfy the land demand on the fast development of social economy, but also to guarantee the enough food production of population needs. According to the present cultivated land situation, there are some problems, such as the bad quality, the poor production conditions and the low yield, thus that high standard farmland to be created is imminent. Therefore, based on the concept of high standard farmland construction, the paper research the farmland construction standard and pattern, so as to provide the reference standards for achieve the construction goal of high standard farmland in Chongqing.In the basis of summary on present research about farming quality, regarding the high standard farmland subject, referring to achievement about the agricultural land classification and gradation of Chongqing.the study area is divided into guide hilly region in western Chongqing,parallel valley and low mountain in central Chongqing,low and moderate mountain in southeast Chongqing and moderate mountain in northeast Chongqing,and researches the farmland present situation and high standard farmland construction. A series of achievements as follows:1,Based on change investigation on land use and land resource material of Chongqing in 2008,the paper analyzes the cultivated land present situation on quantity and quality, the following conelusions can be reached:(1) The distribution on cultivated land is uneven; the difference of farmland quality is obvious.The cultivated land concentrates in western and central Chongqing, the quality of which is superior. The cultivated land area is lesser in southeast and northeast Chongqing, and dry land is primary, the quality of which is poor. (2) One main reason of poor quality of cultivated land is the great slope, and the solps land mainly concentrates in 6°-25°. Moreover, the quality of cultivated land is mainly medium, the high quality and the inferior quality are quite.That indicates the reserve resources are richer, and the potential of farmland excavation is great.2,Choosing Shengdou village in Dazu Wangu County, Xianfeng etc. three village in Fengdu Chongxing County, Aizi village in Qianjiang Xinhua County and Shuangsheng village in Wushan Dachang County as study object, through the scene investigation and the sampling study,the foundation attribute material are gained and studied by ARCGIS. Choosing the farmland quality influencing factor accroding to the target choice principle, and confirming the weight value by AHP and entropy weight method, then the comprehensive score of cultivated land quality is achieved based on different target evaluation.The superior farmland is designated according to the comprehensive score. The result indicated: (1) According to the weight value and comprehensive score, the study builds construction standard of high standard farmland of Chongqing, which contains 8 targets of the natural factor and 6 targets of the social economy factor. (2) Sorting to the targets weight value of the natural factor and the social economy factor, the paper results in that the influence to farmland quality as the target weight to be bigger is bigger,that is advantageous to high standard farmland construction development.(3)The barrier factors that influence farmland quality of each study area is discovered by contrastive analysizing the targets value, specially in the limited investment situation.That takes important influential role to the high standard farmland construction. To the comprehensive score of each study area comparison, the paper obtains the high standard farmland construction urgency of each study area, and that the results which uses in the county scales high standard farmland construction is advantageous in planning the high standard farmland construction order.3s Combined with the agriculture synthesis regionalization of Chongqing, the study preliminalily discusses the suitable high standard construction pattern plan of each types area.Based on high standard farmland construction standard research, according to the actual situation of four study areas, the the paper confirms the bad barrier factors which influences the farmland quality and analysizes the projects of high standard farmland construction.According to the suitable construction pattern plans and the analysis of high standard farmland construction, the study analysize the high standard farmland construction pattern. The result indicated:(1) Designing intensive large-scale production pattern, taking standard farmland and vegetable base as primare and the standard orchard as auxiliary, through certain project transformations, this region builds to high standard food and agriculture production base to the guide hilly region in western Chongqing. (2) Designing agricultural industrial production pattern, taking standard farmland and orchard as primare and the vegetables base as auxiliary, through the key planting and management agricultural, this region builds to agriculture industrial production base to the parallel valley and low mountain in central Chongqing. (3) Designing the reserve resource development pattern, through the project transformation to improve planting condition and protect cological environment, the region is aimed to develop the reserve resources potential and improve the cultivated land quality to low and moderate mountain in southeast Chongqing. (4) Designing working condition convenience pattern, taking standard farmland and orchard as primare and the vegetables base as auxiliary, through transforming the farmland and producting improving the plantging condition, the region is aimed to introduce the advanced agricultural production technology and improve the farmer's working condition and life quality in the future to moderate mountain in northeast Chongqing.
