Since Argyris put forward the "psychological contract" concept, which has become the focus of the management scholars and psychologists. In modern enterprise administration, not only focus on the labor contract in written form, but also strength of stealth treaty-contract research, like the psychological.IT industry, as today's fastest growing industry, according to market research data, the turnover rate in IT is generally above the rate in traditional industries. Software testing jobs, a new class which arises in recent years in IT industry, the high turnover rate has catch-up the trend of R & D positions. First of all, there is a gap in this position which nearly 20 million people, there is a phenomenon of shortage in talent market; on the other hand, software testers psychological contract violation and sense of psychological contract breach are important reasons.Argyris intended to use psychological contract to describe the relationship of subordinates and their supervisors. Scholars pay attention to the features such as "invisible", "unwritten" and so on. The research path includes two dimensions (organizations and individuals). In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars study the theoretical of the psychological contract from static to dynamic, the static theory is the basis for the development of dynamic theory, dynamic theory is the development and improvement of static theory.This study mainly includes three aspects:(1)combing the psychological contract academia, the idea of turnover and research framework, design the models of this study. (2) data collection, analysing to suggest the relevant turnover model. (3) According to the analysis results, put forward the management recommendations. Hope that this research can play a reference role in human resource management in IT companies, control turnover rate of the software testers effectively, ensure the quantity and quality of human resources in software testing industry. I hope this study can share some modest means to promote the software testing industry rapid and healthy develop.
