| More and more people cry for the governance of Internet nowadays. Beyond the limitation of traditional functions of Internet governance, like legislation, administrative supervision and technical control, self-regulation was supported. This mechanism will urge stakeholders to obey laws and rules and regulate themselves voluntarily in a faire and ordered competing circumstance. In this paper, the author concluded the study in Internet governance and industry self-regulation before and established the model of factors of E-commerce usage to discuss the main factors influencing usage of E-commerce basing on the industry self-regulation theory. Through empirical study with statistics software SPSS and AMOS, the rationality of the model was testified and relative conclusions were provided:1. Customers' concern of privacy blocks the development of E-commerce in some degree. The more concern they get, the less usage of E-commerce they will conduct.2. Customers' concern of government surveillance also blocks the development of E-commerce. The more concern of abusing and inappropriate usage of political power during administrative surveillance in the Internet the customers get, the less usage of E-commerce they will conduct.3. Degree of customers'concern of privacy is positively correlative to the concern of government surveillance.4. Customers'perception of Internet industry self-regulation is negatively correlative to degree of customers'concern of privacy and positively correlative to usage of E-commerce. |
