The Analysis Of The Risk Management Of The Sub-Design In Foreign Business's Construction Project For Civil Use

With China's fully join WTO, and dominated by the project investors, foreign construction consultant institutions (refer as "foreign enterprise" in the context) start to participate and interfere gradually in China's domestic construction projects. It is serious and urgent for local conventional engineering and design industry to face the subject how to get in line, with the world. Since it is inevitable to co-operate with foreign enterprises more often and on a wider range, the research on the risk management of subcontract design projects for civil construction based on a foreign enterprises'scheme becomes extremely urgent.Project Risk Management of this thesis has a specific referring, mainly focusing on the Risk Management of the sub-design in foreign business' building leading by civil project designing organization. The sub-design activities charged with the double tasks of ensuring the achievement of upstream and guidance of downstream, showing a significant difference from that of the conventional Project Management plan/designing stages. With the deepening of China's reform and opening to the outside of the world, many more uncertain factors begin to appear in markets, policies, regulations, people's thinking patterns and enforcing rules, correspondingly, relative Risk Management reveals more new problems, the conventional notions and methods can't adept the new circumstances, leading to the project of relevant research.Considering all of those, the thesis applies the relative knowledge notions of Project Management, depending on the field practice, aiming the would-be project for civil use construction base on the foreign business, trying to do research systematically about root of the risk, the forms, features, procedures and referring of the results in the sub-design of project program. Based on the knowledge of Project Management subject, the evaluation and exploration in practice aim to formulate the Risk Management patterns with some theoretical meanings, positively providing help for similar practice and contribute a little for the enrichment and improvement of the relative project design Risk Management in this subject.Compared with the practical project enjoying more care in Project Management subject, the thesis selects a relative featured perspective, concerning the characteristics of the project designing, emphasizing the setup of the clue, rather than focusing on the analysis and exploration of individual case.The statement of this thesis will try to be more complete, clean and keep proper cautiousness, considering the professional features of the project designing and the civil social features.
