DB(Design-Build delivery systems,hereafter referred to as DB)model is a kind of construction management mode combining the design and construction to call for a bid,and it's taken the whole charge by the winning bidder for the design and construction of a project.The popularizing and implementing of this mode is beneficial to the close connection of design and construction unites,and helpful to dig their potential of cooperation,which helps to solve the problem of disconnecting between design and construction,achieve optimal configuration of resources,guarantee the quality of design and construction and control the project cost effectively.With the implementation of increasing significant construction projects,DB model will get a rapid growth.The research of the risk management of DB model will contribute to the standard management and investment control of our nation's engineering construction.Nowadays the general contracting model in China adoptes the general construction contract usually,while uses the DB model fewer.Therefor,there are so many problems appearing in research and implementation on DB model.From a building side's perspective,this thesis studies the the risk management of DB model of significant construction projects,combining with the feature of significant construction projects' characteristics.The main work can be seen from the following:(1)Analyzes the different characteristics of conceptual design/preliminary design/construction documents design-general construction contract,and what kind of project is suitable for each model.Since the DB model generally used in our country is mainly construction documents design-general construction contract,this thesis puts an emphasizes on the study of the risk management of construction documents design-general construction contract.(2)During the research period on the risk in the implementation of DB model,the thesis combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and local variable weight method to adjust the deviation of Analytic Hierarchy Process,making the result more effective with a combination of subjective weight and objective weight.At the same time,the system of risk management analysis of significant construction projects is establishment.(3)Based on actual conditions of YingPanLu Xiangjiang tunnel in Changsha,analyzes and assesses the risk in the implementation of DB model.Done the qualitative analysis for the project of DB model in owners' point.Uses the ABC analytical method and risk matrix method to rank the risk and determine qualitatively according to the conclusion,to confirmed the risk which should be focus on when the DB mode is put in use.(4)Based on the result of risk analysis of YingPanLu XiangJiang tunnel,uses WBS method to decompose and minimize the risk,comes up with measure-system for DB model in significant construction projects in Changsha after investigation and survey for participant of significant construction projects in Changsha.The achievement of thesis offers the technical support for the management of YingPanLu XiangJiang tunnel,and provides a valuable reference for perfecting the risk management system of significant construction projects and improving the management level of significant construction projects.
