This study will take Positive Psychological Capital as the leading point, by using different research methods as documentation analysis, questionnaires, reliability analysis, factor analysis, statistic descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to give the operational definition to the Manager Psychological Capital, and have a survey on the employees from different Companies to define the relationship among the Manager Psychological Capital, Transformational Leadership and the Employee Organizational Identification through the self-made Manager Psychological Capital survey scale.The research includes three parts as Documentation Analysis, Questionnaire Making and Result Analysis. According to the results of the research, I have following conclusions:(1) The Chinese Manager Psychological Capital includes six factors as Optimism, Sense of responsibility, Cooperation, Hope, Self-Confidence and Resiliency based on the 4 factors coming from Western Psychological Capital research. Sense of responsibility, Cooperation is the special factors in the Chinese Manager Psychological Capital. The survey scale developed by the Arthur has better reliability and validity and could be used in formal survey process for the research on Manager Psychological Capital. (2) The Manager Psychological Capital and Transformational leadership are related. Sense of responsibility, Cooperation, Self-Confidence and Resiliency in the Manager Psychological Capital are positively related to the Transformational Leadership. The Transformational Leadership of the Managers could be cultivated by rising up his Sense of Responsibility, Cooperation, Self-Confidence and Resiliency. (3) Through the regression and related analysis between the Transformational Leadership of the manager and the Employee Organizational Identification, it was proved that there are closely related. All the factors of the Transformational Leadership could positively impact the factors of the Employee Organizational Identification The Transformational Leadership of the manager could facilitate the Employee Organization Identification.(4) Through the regression and related analysis between the Manager Psychological Capital and the Employee Organizational Identification, it was proved that there are closely related. Sense of responsibility, Cooperation, Hope and Resiliency could impact the Employee Organizational Identification. By improving the Sense of responsibility, Cooperation, Hope and Resiliency in the Manager Psychological Capital, we could enhance the Employee Organization Identification.(5) Through the regression analysis among the Transformational Leadership, Manager Psychological Capital and Employee Organization, we found the Transformational leadership plays a mediating role between the Manager Psychological Capital and Employee Identification. The Transformational Leadership could facilitate the impaction of the Manager Psychological Capital to the Employee Identification.
