Under the swift push of the new economic wave supported by the Internet,Internet of Things,big data,and cloud computing and other information technologies,the competitive advantage of enterprises is no longer solely based on traditional capital,such as traditional human capital and financial resources.As can be maintained,as a new type of capital that has been spawned by economic development,psychological capital has become the focus of widespread attention.As a positive psychological state,psychological capital can be developed and nurtured through purposeful development so that individuals,groups,and organizations can obtain sustained capital advantages.In academia,the research on psychological capital is mainly based on the perspective of the members of the organization.There are a limited number of results for the organization leader as the research object,and the combination of the leader’s psychological capital,transformational leadership behavior,and organizational performance is not studi ed.See and document.As the core and soul of the organization,the leader’s psycholo gical capital status is manifested through his management behavior,which has animp act on employees,teams,and organizations.Therefore,the development of the psychol ogicalcapital of organizational leaders not only has an impact on the improvement of employees,teams,and organizational performance,but also has an important significance for strengthening the organizational market competitiveness and winning competitive advantages.First of all,based on the analysis of relevant research literature on psychological capital,transformational leadership,and organizational performance at home and abroad,this study defines the concepts related to psychological capital,transformational leade rship,organizational performance,and measurement dimensions.Leaders are the research object.Combining psychological capital,transformational leadership behavior,and organizational performance into one,and making relevant assumptions to explore the relationship between the three.Secondly,this paper uses SPSS 21.0/ Amos21.0 as a statistical analysis tool in the research process,and comprehensively uses correlation,regression,and other statistical analysis methods to verify the research hypothesis and the theoretical model of “leader’s psychological capital—transformative leadership behavior—organizational performa nce”.To test whether the relevant assumptions and models are established,which focuses on whether the transformational leader’s psychological capital can have an impact on organizational performance,and further explore whether transformational leadership behavior has a mediating effect on the relationship between leader’s psychological capital and organizational performance.Conduction mechanism.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the author elaborates the mechanism and management implications of transformational leadership’s psychological capital on organizational performanceBased on the empirical analysis results,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)the leader’s psychological capital has positive influence on transformational leadership behavior.(2)transformational leadership has a positive impact on organizational performance.(3)the leader’s psychological capital has positive influence on organizational performance.(4)transformational leadership has a certain mediating effect between the leader’s psychological capital and organizational performance.
