Research On The Investment Of China Energy Enterprise

The energy is the key to the development of China. From reform and opening up of China, the economic growing rapidly, more and more people from rural area entre to city, that need more energy than before. Result in the energy problem, especially of oil, is central factor for realizing the sustainable economic development.Per oil resources of China is much lower than the world, so the oil investment overseas is the only solution to the problem that result of the shortage of energy. Since 1993, the CNPC representing the energy company of China invested in oversea, and made great achievements, but also facing much difficulty. Because the energy is not common commodity, it relates politic,religion. So it is not incomplete to look upon it in economic view.This paper is focus on the investment of energy. First of all, introduce the uneven distribution of energy in the world, that later illustrate the need of energy of China, resulting go oversea to invest to get oil and natural gas. The forth and fifth part of paper is related to the history of investment of China and other country in the world. The sixth part is using typical case to narrate the difficulty of investment and the new way to FDI other country. In the end, give some advise to the China energy enterprise about how to strength the capacity of investment.
