Rapid development of dintensified market competition have brought dramatic changes on the internal and external environment of the enterprises.Human resource as a chief factor among productivity factors is very important to enterprise,enterprise human resources is hard to imitate which become a major source of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage,,and the technical innovation is the main pillar of the enterprises.The study of the integration-huaman resource is necessary for the development of the enterprises.For clarity the contribution of human resources in technology innovation capabilities,this paper based on the theory of competitive advantage, researching the impact human resource integration ability on technological innovation ability system. On the basis of the related literature review,the paper put forward the concept of human resources integration.Researching the integration-human resource and its effect on technical innovation capability,and based environmental dynamism as the moderator to verify the integrati-ion of various factors impact on the enterprise's technological innovation ability.Results show that human resources in planning, training and development and staff relation have a positive influence on enterprise's technologic innovation capability and environmental dynamism as the moderator of the study on the relationship between the two have a significant impact.Then based on enterprise data made of the hypothesis entailed in the model.Finally, put forward some proposals based on the conclusion.
