The development process of enterprises will face a series of strategic change,and enterprises are in the environment,so the strategy of the firm is influenced by the dynamic changes in the environment business managers in the development of enterprises will continue to environmental factors into the enterprise Strategy,to take innovative ways to encourage enterprises to adapt to changes in the external environment,to adjust the strategic direction,so as to achieve higher performance.Many domestic studies have also shown that the strengthening of knowledge learning,being from the use of innovation-oriented model gradually to exploratory innovation model-led.However,most of the researches on innovation strategy orientation are focused on their relationship with firm performance,and how the mechanism of innovation strategy is applied to the flexibility of human resources and the mechanism of performance is rare.Therefore,based on the research results of previous scholars,this paper will explore the relationship between innovation and strategic orientation from the perspective of strategic human resource management,and explore how different innovation strategies can influence the performance of enterprises by promoting the flexibility of human resources And the hypothesis of the model is tested empirically.The main problems of this paper are:(1)How does innovation-oriented strategy affect business performance?(2)How does environmental dynamics adjust the relationship between innovation-oriented and human resource flexibility?(3)What is the role of human resource flexibility in innovation-oriented and enterprise performance?Firstly,this paper reviews and combs the related research on innovation strategy orientation,human capital flexibility and environmental dynamics,and then determines the main research questions of this paper.Then,constructs the theoretical model that influences the performance of enterprises through the flexibility of human resources under the influence of environmental dynamic regulation.Finally,the author uses the methods to test the sample data of 153 enterprises collected in the questionnaire,which clarifies the strategic by the human resource management perspective.,The innovation strategy to guidethe impact of corporate performance path mechanism and boundary conditions.The empirical results of this paper are as follows:(1)Innovation strategy-oriented is the key factor to improve the performance of enterprises.Enterprises can change the strategy of enterprises to adapt to the changing environment in order to obtain competitive advantage,and innovation is the key to obtain absolute competition,so the implementation of innovation-oriented strategy to enhance the performance of enterprises played a key role.(2)The level of environmental dynamics has a regulatory effect on the relationship between innovation strategy orientation and human resource flexibility.The empirical results show that the two structural facets of innovation strategy have the effect functional flexibility,skill flexibility and behavior flexibility,but the specific mechanism is different.(3)Human Resource Flexibility plays an intermediary role in innovation strategy orientation and enterprise performance Different strategic-oriented model will affect the enterprise's resource allocation in varying degrees and thus affect the performance level of the enterprise.In order to maintain the high growth performance and continuous competitive advantage in the fierce competitive environment,enterprises need to rely on the flexibility of human resources to constantly optimize the allocation of enterprise resources,reduce the time and cost of the enterprise,that is a reasonable strategic direction will change The flexibility of human resources to change business performance.Throughout the text,this paper has been innovated in the following three aspects:(1)From the perspective of human resources flexibility to study the impact of innovation strategy on the impact of corporate performance path.Adhering to the previous many scholars on the human resources flexibility to the performance of enterprises have a positive role in promoting the theoretical point of view,For the first time,this study places human resource flexibility as a mediator variable between innovation-oriented and corporate performance,to explore its significance in the HRF performance The path of the process,the empirical study of the conclusions can effectively expand the innovation strategy-oriented proposition of the relevant theoretical perspective,enrich the strategic orientation of the role of the path and the mechanism of the relevant research.(2)Taking the environmental dynamic perspective as the starting point,this paper studies the boundary condition of the innovation strategy oriented to the human resource flexibility.Based on the research of human resources,the innovation strategy is directed from the perspective of organizational learning as the Pre-influencing factors influencing the human resources flexibility,and the environmental dynamics is placed between the two,The relationship between the variables is studied from the perspective of dynamic change and strategic change.The relationship between variables is studied from the perspective of dynamic change and strategic change,which greatly enriches the related research of strategic human resource management.(3)The system model of the impact of innovation strategy orientation on enterprise performance is put forward with integrated thinking.This paper combines the theory of strategic theory,strategic orientation theory and strategic human resource management theory,puts forward the system model of innovation strategy oriented enterprise performance.Which can reveal the interaction and the internal mechanism of the elements scientifically,and the relevant empirical test can contribute to the further integration of human resource management theory and strategic theory.
