Ideas And Countermeasures For Linyi City, Shandong Province, To Join Into The Yangtze River Delta And Integrate With The Development Of Grand Shanghai Area

Linyi, a city with two thousand and five hundred years of history, upholds the tradition of simplicity and construction of the liberation of China. It had made a selfless and outstanding contributions to the constraction of China. However, in the rapid development of our country, the pace of itself slowed down quietly and became one of the poorest and backward city in Shandong Province. Nationally, Linyi City locates in an importent coastal axis. Such as blue Economic Zone Planning and Lunan Economic zone planned by Shandong Province. Linyi plays a co-ordination role in the North-South economy. Viewed from the province, Linyi City is the southern gateway into the Yangtze River Delta in Shandong Province and owns most(?) cutting-edge location.During the new period, the situation is urgent and critical for Linyi city to adjust its development strategies, gets rid of marginalization, changes comparative advantages to competitive advantage, changes resource advantages into economic advantages, changes the potential advantages into real advantages of change, changes themarginal effects into the marginal effect change, and ultimately takes off undering the general policy guidelines "integration of the Yangtze River Delta, with Shanghai".Based on the sorting of the literature, this paper analyzes the social and economic status and problems starting of Linyi City with economic growth, pillar industry, history and culture, openness.Then it analyzes the necessity and feasibility for Linyi city to merge into Yangtze River Delta, in line with Shanghai from the location, and other aspects. The analysis concluded that Linyi City has the ability to break through difficulties and made leaps and bounds in the new period.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.ChapterⅡanalyzes the Economic and Social Development of Linyi City and problem. Through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility for Linyi city to merge into the Yangtze River Delta area and in line with Shanghai from its geographic location, economic and cultural links, the third chapter raise that it is an inevitable choice for Linyi city to Southward into the Yangtze River Delta to achieve leaps and bounds in the new period. The ChapterⅣanalyzes the content, principles and indicators system for Linyi City merges into the Yangtze River Delta and in line with Shanghai and presented measures for Linyi City,to merge into the Yangtze River Deltaand in line with Shanghai.Chapter V is Conclusions and inadequate for the article.This essay expands the Yangtze River Delta to a broader integration and firstly proposes a city outside the Yangtze Delta to merge into it. By analyzing, it identifies that to develop to the south and merge into the Yangtze River Delta is the plight of Linyi City.It is also the inevitable choice out of marginalization; Linyi City, adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta region, linked very closely in popular, cultural connections and economic compatibility.
