The Study On Human Settlements Development Of High-Tech Industry Development Zone In Yangtze River Delta

The rapid development over the past 20 years and more is making an important engine for the regional economic development and sustainable development. High-tech Industry Development Zone is becoming the test site and advanced position of our country changing the pattern of economic increase, especially after the global financial crisis.This paper is accomplished on the project of Human Settlements Development in High-tech Industry Development Zone——A Case Study of Yangtze River Delta which is entrusted by governmental agencies.The paper consists of 6 chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the background and significan-ce of selecting the topic.the framework and methods for the study and the innovation of this paper.Chapter 2 discusses the relevant concepts of the paper,some theories on High-tech Industry Development Zone and the results of previous researches, then points out the the research object.Chapter 3 summarizes the development of human settlements. From the angle of urban inhabitable environment which High-tech Industry Development Zone is in, general development situation of main High-tech Industry Development Zones in Yangtze River Delta are introduced. The paper sums up the problems and features of human settlements development in Yangtze River Delta finally.Charpter 4 gives a quantitative evaluation of the human settlements construction qualities of High-tech Industry Development Zones in Yangtze River Delta.The evaluation system is formed basing on stratification.On the same time, this paper further analyzes the evaluation results, especially makes an analysis on the Causes of the results about Zhangjiang high-tech Industry Development Zone.It summarizes three reasons for high marks,and finally finds out the existing problems and shortages in the development of Zhangjiang High-tech Industry Development zone.Chapter 5 proposes the developing aim,trend of the human settlements development in High-tech Industry Development Zone and optimizations of High-tech Industry Development Zone in Yangtze River Delta.
