Research On The System And Mechanism Of The Inter Regional Industrial Cooperation In The Yangtze River Delta From The Perspective Of The New Normal

The economic development of the new normal are challenges and opportunities.Inter-regional Industry Coordinated Development between the Yangtze River Delta region is the key to grasp and lead the new normal,especially the collaborative development of advanced manufacturing and high-end service industry is the “new” engine of great-leap-forward development in the Yangtze River Delta region.In this paper,under the new normal economic background,according to theoretical analysis and experiences,On the basis of Marx's theory of division of labor and social production theory,In combination with the related theory of economics of industry,to construct the theoreticalresearch framework of inter industry cooperation.Take the case of Yangtze River Delta to research status of collaborative advanced manufacturing and high-end service industry and its impact and to reveal its micro mechanism and macro policy system.And through the collaborative degree measurement and assessment of the Yangtze River Delta region two provinces and one city to puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The study found that two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region industry collaborative development trend,but the coordination degree is low,the coordinated development is not stable or fluctuated,because advanced manufacturing industry is not stable cooperative degree of order;meanwhile,the degree of development of high-end service industry is not high,which is not conducive to the orderly development of the advanced manufacturing industry stability and improvement.Thus,In order to improve the level of industry in the Yangtze River Delta region cooperation and upgrade is not only needs giving priority to the development of advanced manufacturing industry,but also need to develop high-end services to support and meet the demand of advanced manufacturing industry.At the end,from the macro and micro level to explore the cooperative system and the mechanism of the industry and the relationship between thought that:Industry cooperation system is constructed jointly by the governmentadministrative departments and the formulation of industrial policy and planning of the external environment;the mechanism of Industrial Synergy refers to drive the industry in the market mechanism under the internal cooperation process and evolution mode,including collaborative clustering mechanism,evolution mechanism and coordination mechanism for collaborative innovation system and mechanism;Industry cooperation system and the mechanism is the formations of the ecological system of industry cooperation.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of the system and the internal driving mechanism of the industrial cooperation policy to promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta region,thus promoting the coordinated development of regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.
