Research On The Sustainabledevelopment Of High Tech Zone In Yangtze River Delta Based On The Comprehensive Well-Off Society

Hi tech Zone is 30 years of reform and opening up of China’s most important institutional innovation is an important starting point for the rapid development of China’s regional economy, our national economy is strong rise tactical protection. But in the "new normal" of the macro backdrop, the development of hi tech zone is facing serious difficulties and obstacles. Therefore, how to effectively promote the secondary system innovation hi tech zone construction, thereby laying the foundation for the transformation and upgrading of China’s national economy, will be present in front of the community, a crucial strategic task.The article is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the theoretical basis for hi tech zone, hi tech zone for further research to provide theoretical support. The third part analyzes the development of the plight of the Yangtze River hi tech zone, followed by the establishment of modern gap model, from a modern point of view of the future development of the hi tech zone. Second, the hi tech zone bears financial responsibility of building a moderately prosperous society in full. Although there are hi tech zones from the current overcapacity new normal economic perspective, but from the hi tech zone as the implementation of a comprehensive well-off society in the construction of the main carrier perspective, the hi tech zone is currently not enough to drive the development of our country to achieve the goal of a comprehensive well-off, but also there are a lot of development capacity and future development of space, its liability to be done. Third, the way of the future hi tech zone rests entirely through the transformation and upgrading to achieve the meaning of economic development. From our perspective, the new normal economic situation, the Yangtze River Delta hi tech zones in the state of overcapacity, but from the hi tech zone construction to achieve a comprehensive well-off society as economic growth pole terms, due to the restrictions of the area and the environmental carrying capacity of arable land, from the zone you want to continue to expand capacity to meet the needs of building a comprehensive well-off society has been unable to achieve.
