As the development of Chinese economic, Chinese manufacturing attracts more and more world wide attention. Chinese manufacturing of industrial goods had been ranked second in the world. But as the change of market environment, some labor-intensive enterprises had met the bottleneck of the development only based on the low labor cost. Therefore Chinese manufacturing is transferring from traditional light industry to hi-tech industry, from secondary sector to the manufacturing with own brand. Our enterpriser realized that marketing is the key factor to keep the profit and continuous development. People had paid more attention on the construction of the trade and marketing team.This thesis focuses on the research of trade and marketing team of industrial production. Firstly rise up the question, content and purpose of the research, then list the definition of team, marketing team and industrial products and summarize theory of the marketing and marketing team of industrial goods. Put emphasis on discussing the character of industrial products market and analyzing the difference the marketing of industrial goods and normal consumer goods.Analyzing the construction and actuality of domestic and oversea industrial goods market based on the theoretical research and bring out three problems in the domestic industrial goods market. First, lack of the organizational structure to adapt the model of industrial goods market. Second, lack of team spirit and teamwork skills. Third, lack of systematic knowledge of industrial marketing theory. Then draw up countermeasures based on those existing problems:First of all, set up suitable organizational structure according to different model of industrial marketing. Then build up a culture of learning which is beneficial to improve professional knowledge of member in the marketing team. And clarify the reason why those countermeasures can solve the problem of the industrial marketing team.Finally I will clarify above viewpoint refer to the case of my own company-Shanghai Hitachi. I will point out the main problem existing in our marketing team:First, the disparity between the actual manning level and organizational objective of our marketing team members. Second, lack of systematic marketing knowledge and training. Third, lack of efficient communication channel. And provide the solutions to solve the above problems:1. set up clear picture of the development of career for the members in our marketing team.2. Build up systematic training system.3. Set up efficient internal communication mechanism.Combining the analysis of theory and case study, I collate the problems existing in industrial products marketing team and provide solutions to solve those problems. It might be helpful to establish an industrial products marketing team. However, because of the objective factors, the above research still has some subjective consciousness and limitation.
