Enterprise Technology Innovation Network Model Building And Evaluation Research

In the knowledge economy era, core competitiveness of enterprise increasingly reflects in its technical innovation ability. Nowadays, the network is popular. And the key for the enterprises to improving their technical innovation level lies in how to gain and use the effective resources gained through internal and external network to improve the technical innovation ability. With the development of technical innovation and research, there are more and more elements involved into technical innovation process and gradually, the technical innovation process form into an integrated system and an expanded network mode. The enterprises are searching for a new network mode, which can make the most of network resources to improve their innovation ability and competitive advantages. Therefore, it is important to construct a new technical network mode. Meanwhile, the new technical network mode can also provide some reference for the development of the technical innovation mode.The thesis reviews the related theoretical literature on technical innovation and mode, enterprise network, innovation strategies and so on. Under the background of innovation mode network, this thesis synthesizes the needed elements and constructs the"three sides and three levels"innovation network mode. Meanwhile, the thesis also constructs a system of evaluation and evaluates the innovation effect by AHP, and FCE (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method).Based on the development trend of technical innovation mode, this thesis combines technical innovation and enterprise network together. The related main elements are selected to construct a"three sides and three levels"technical innovation network mode, which can do well in both internal and external network. In internal network, enterprises use technical innovation management system to carry out the innovation strategies, contact various related functional departments, unite resources and conduct the innovation in the whole scale. In the external network, on one hand, the enterprises consider their own innovation as their cores at micro level; on the other hand, the enterprises coordinate various departments to promote innovation at macro level. This mode makes the internal network and external network connect and make the enterprises in an open system. The operating efficiency and innovation ability is determined by the connection and interaction between the main elements and the external environment. Based on the determinant of"three sides"of this mode, the thesis constructs the system of evaluation and evaluates the effects of this mode by taking L enterprises as an example wit a conclusion that the innovation ability of this mode is stronger.
