| The spatial accessibility is one of the internal driving force of the spatial structure evolution and regional economic development, but also is one of effective elements of evaluate the development opportunity make and the market control ability. And it's an effective indicator of transport network measure also. The spatial accessibility means the convenience level from one specific location to another function place by a specific transport system. It reflect the inter-regional opportunities and potential of the social economy and technical exchange. Regional development depends on the transport network construction to a great extent within urbanization and industrialization. The spatial accessibility research has practical significance to regional transport system improvement, carry capability advance and regional competitiveness enhance.As the main functional areas layout implementing, regional development is being enhanced continuously. For researching the influence of the spatial accessibility to regional economic development better, this paper analyses different characteristics about the spatial regional development, researches relation between tourism economy and accessibility, and proposes the countermeasure of development of tourism economy in the backward areas basing on China coordinating development for provide theoretical instructions and bases of decision-making in narrowing the gap between the east and the west, which is in the perspective of tourism development and against the background of nine node cities of Guizhou province.The paper consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 General Introduction.
