Traffic tourism is one of the six major elements, as the bridge connecting the tourism-generating region and destination. The convenient degree of the traffic tourism affects the size and the direction of tourist flow directly,is the essential link in the development of the tourism industry. Hebei province is rich in tourism resources with a high level of development of the highway traffic. Traffic plays an irreplaceable role in the rapid development of the tourism industry in Hebei province. However,the expansion of tourism development of space makes the traffic bottleneck problems become more prominent. So, improving the tourism transportation system and optimizing the design of tourism route become an important way to promote the development of tourism in Hebei Province.The structure of this paper is mainly divided into six parts: The first chapter generally introduces the study background, research significance, the main research contents, research methods and the technology roadmap, makes a thorough review of foreign and domestic research. The second chapter briefly introduces the development situation of the Tourism and the highway traffic,and then expatiate the relationship between the highway traffic and Tourism through qualitative analysis. The third chapter chooses 63 nodes as major tourism destinations. The paper analyses their accessibility based on time and spatial distance, the results show that the tourism nodes in He Bei Province accessibility present “core-edge” pattern in structure, The location in the region, terrain, the level, density of the highway and the intensity of adjacent nodes are closely related to the traffic accessibility of tourism nodes. The forth chapter uses Prim algorithm to obtain the minimum generating tree with the straight-line distance, real distance and time distance. Then nine distinctive tour-routes are designed by the optimized minimum generating tree. The fifth chapter puts forward some proposals on tour route and tourism transportation optimization in Hebei Province: To promote the construction of the green channel of tourism, create high-quality tour-routes; To strengthen the construction of important node of the tourist traffic and To play a leading role in the regional; Promote the tourism highway traffic internal coordination, strengthen the cohesion with other modes of transport; Improve the accessibility of scenic spots, also,strengthen inter traffic conditions of scenic spots. The final chapter generally summarizes the conclusion and prospects the future research.
