The forest park is the important natural resource, It has rich ecological landscape,important living environments for human beings. With the rapidly development of the eco-tourism, the forests as eco-tourism resource are carried on to the forest parks. But it bring the environment and eco- resource of the forest some passive affection, due to the lack of system guidance and the effect arrangement.The Wuhan Ma'AnShan Forest Park that is located in the suburb has a rich natural resource and special geographical advantage。It has formed curtain scale since the tour plan in 1995. Through into the actual observation, at present, there are many problems in the Park., such as, the single tour project, lack of the funds and management。And the problems even make the Park develop slowly. In the other hand, the Wuhan Ma'AnShan Forest Park caused some pollution of environment because of the management in a mess. Therefore, the study of The Wuhan Ma'AnShan Forest Park on ecological tour plan and management is of great significance for protecting the environment of the Park and the ecological tour development and the building of regional sustainable development, particularly for other types of forest parks and ecological protection and ecological construction in Hubei Province.This paper analyses natural resource, the special location and the present development based on the theory of ecological and sustainable development. With the methods of the SWOT, the author analyses the strengths,opportunities, weakness and threats overall. Through analysis, the author research the tour plan modes of the Park in the angle of the protecting the environment, sustainable development and the demand of the market. The article introduces ROS(rest opportunity sequence)principle to propose the Wuhan Ma'AnShan Forest Park the eco-tourism development localization as well as the scenic area division and the function configuration initially, and makes the through elaboration on the park recreation facility establishment. At the same time, the author put forward the effect management methods and a kind of new attempt to ultimate the local community in order to make the Wuhan Ma'AnShan Forest Park become an example and education park according it's specialty under the condition of the great eco-tourism development in Hubei province. And the park will then benefit the sustainable development of urban ecology, economic and society.
