Evaluation And Development Strategy On Eco Tourism Resources Of Sanmenjiang National Forest Park

With economic growth, the development of science and technology and the progress of the society, at present the tourism development rapidly, the status of ecological tourism has become more and more important, ecological tourism resources is the foundation of the ecological tourism, It is a new type of resource for us because of a new perspective is used to understand tourism resources. The classification and evaluation of ecological tourism resources is important basis to guide the modern ecological tourism development model, is the important premise to promote the ecological tourism resources being reasonable used and protected, is the important condition to promote ecological tourism development sustainable.San men river national forest park is located in the east suburb of Liuzhou, a forest park being developed for early in Liuzhou, it contribute to tourism of Liuzhou. According to the 《The national standard of Tourism resources classification, investigation and evaluation》 (GB/T 18972-2003) and《China’s forest park scenery resource quality rating》 (GB/T 18005-1999), this article classified and evaluated the ecological tourism resource of San men river national forest park, using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method, by building the comprehensive evaluation model of ecological tourism resources to evaluate the ecological tourism resources of San men river national forest park and rank the score. Using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development of the park. Put forward the development strategy for San men river national forest park according to the results of the analysis and resources assessment, the following are the main conclusions:(1)San men river national forest park has rich ecological tourist resources, its ecological tourism resources can be divided into ecological tourism landscape resources and ecological tourism environment resources, ecological tourism resources including physiographic landscape, water scenery, biological landscape, astronomical phenomena and climate landscape, architecture and facilities、tourist commodities and cultural activities 7 main classes,19 subcategories,27 base classes, and 48 monomer of tourism resources. Ecological tourism environment resources including air quality, surface water environment quality, soil quality, negative oxygen ion content, bacteria in the air 5 classes.(2)The are 12 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 1,12 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 1,14 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 2,12 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 3,5 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 4,1 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer in level 5, and 4 ecological tourism landscape resources monomer do not get a grade. Air quality, surface water environment quality, soil quality, negative oxygen ion content, bacteria in the air get a score of 1.8,1.8,1.2,2.2,1.5 respectively, ecological tourism environment resources get a total score of 8.5, it suggested that the negative oxygen ion content is high and less bacteria in Sanmen river national forest park, surface water quality and soil quality is good, the eco-tourism environmental resources are all in good condition.(3) Build the ecological tourism resources comprehensive evaluation index framework of San men river national forest park, and constructed the comprehensive evaluation model, it calculated that the ecological tourism resources comprehensive score of San men river national forest park is 83.4593, its ecological tourism resources is in level 4, ecological tourism landscape resources got the score of 51.0094, accounted for 61.12% of the total score, it suggests that ecological tourism landscape resources are rich in the park, the ecological tourism environment resources and the conditions of exploitation and utilization got the score of 20.6592 and 11.7907, accounted for 61.12% of the total score24.75% and 14.13% respectively. Physiographic landscape, water scenery, cultural activities got the score of 18.9864, 11.0290,11.4410respectively, accounted for22.75%,11.03%,11.44%respectively, conform to the characteristics of queer stones^ deep and remote mountain.(4)Based on the result of SWOT analysis on the forest park, there are a lot of advantages about the park, and it has a good platform for the development of tourism, it has good feasibility to development ecological tourism, its disadvantage can be gradually improved, it can be developed with the scenic spot around which has a good prospects, making the threaten become common development.(5)The following are the specific development strategy of San men river national forest park:attaching great importance to the local characteristics, strengthen the development of tourism products; Intensify advertisement and Image planning, Improve the visibility of forest park; To strengthen the talent team, build a high level of management and service system; Monitor the influence of ecological environment; Improve the understanding of protecting ecological environment, achieve sustainable development; establish responsibility mode feedback system.
