The Analyze About Government Competition & Cooperation In Regional Integration

As obvious general trends, global economic integration and regional economic integration are good for the development of regional economy. Some governments try to develop their relation from competing excessively to jointly unify. This is the demand about economic growth. This paper will use the Game Theory to analyze the condition of competition and cooperation about Lanzhou-Baiyin Economical Area. The case about government competition and cooperation in China and other countries can give us some advices; it is good for the development of economy.There are seven parts in this paper. In Part 1, it will introduce some research results about governmental competition and cooperation, and In Part 2, it will introduce the application of Game Theory in governmental relationship. Part 3 and Part 4 will analyze the situations about economical development and governmental relationship in Lanzhou-Baiyin Economical Area, respectively. Part 5 will tell us that governments must develop their relation from competing excessively to jointly unify. In Part 6, it will offer some measures to solute problems in the process of governmental competition and cooperation in Lanzhou-Baiyin Economical Area. Part 6 is conclusion of this paper.
