In the early 1990s, the major international veterinary biologies companies have entered China market, making the business of veterinary biological products in China face more fiercer international competition, competitor have increasingly high expectations of marketing capabilities, research and development capabilities and product quality. The saying goes:"Know thyself, know yourself. " If WT company want to foothold in the fierce market competition, it must take the initiative into the external environment to adapt to environmental changes, fully understand their own strengths and weaknesses, exploit opportunities and avoid Threat, standing height of sustainable development to choose and formulate a scientific and rational development strategy and effective measures in response to external environmental changes.The paper has developed a clear development strategy and action strategies, optimized and standardized the WT company's strategic management, operations management and functions of management strategies. It has a certain reference to build and comprehensively enhance the company's core competitiveness, build a good enterprise culture, and lead the company long-term sustainable development.The paper is divided into six chapters in total, by describing the paper's study background, content and meaning, explains the necessity of the development of WT corporate strategic management planning and implementation of programs. The second chapter of the paper introduces the basic theory of corporate strategic management and evaluation tools which is the basic of the paper. The third chapter is the analysis of the WT company's strategic environment. Through the analysis of the WT company's external environment and internal conditions to identify the WT company's opportunities. threats and its own strengths and weaknesses. The fourth chapter is the selection of the WT company's development strategic. Based on the use of SWOT matrix analysis, and then it combines the current industry trends of veterinary biological products, this chapter explicates the WT company's development strategic objective, thereby selected the development strategy which is propitious for the WT company. The fifth chapter is the implementation and control of the WT company's development strategy, to ensure the implementation of corporate development strategy to provide the program. The sixth chapter summarize the main conclusions of this paper.The paper adopts the scientific demonstration method, analyzes the company's macro environment and industry competitive environment by the use of PEST analysis and Porter's five forces competitive model. It also analyzes the company's human resources, material resources, financial Resources, technical resources and network resources and other internal resources by the use of resources and capacity matrix. Using SWOT analysis, it analyzes advantage-opportunities (SO), advantage-thethreat (ST), inferior-Opportunities(WO). inferior-Thr eats (WT) combinations respectively, thus chooses appropriate strategy. Then it investigates the implementation and control of the strategy, raises the corporate how should to build a more effective governance structure through improve the organization and thereby enhances the company's core competitive force. While it also proposes improvements and measures for shaping of the company's corporate culture, human resource development strategy, financial management development strategy, marketing development strategy etc.It has innovation significance to analyze the corporate internal conditions by use of degree-metastatic matrix. This method has a certain practical significance for the WT company and the same type businesses and plays a catalytic role for the company's development.
