With the rapid development of economy in China,people’s living standards are improving day by day.More attention is paid to the pursuit of health,food safety and diet structure,which affects the quality standards and market demand of animal husbandry products.Veterinary drug industry,as an important input to ensure the safety and quality of animal products,plays a vital role.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Ministry of Agriculture has actively implemented the requirements of the "streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation and improve services" reform in the State Council,vigorously promoted the "streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation and improve services" reform,and made efforts to promote the sustainable development of the veterinary drug industry.The revision and implementation of Veterinary Drug GMP have put forward higher standards and technical requirements for the development of veterinary drug industry,and improved the access threshold of the industry.Veterinary drug production enterprises with scientific and technological innovation as the core force have received strong support,making the veterinary drug industry standardized and centralized,and the development prospect of the industry is brighter.Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.was founded more than 20 years,is an innovative research and development of veterinary drug production enterprises,the company is mainly to research and development and production of high-tech content of new and special veterinary drug products as its own responsibility,to innovation-driven development concept,and constantly increase investment in innovation,so as to serve customers heart and soul,in the fierce market competition to obtain a certain position.In this paper,according to the actual development of Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.,to develop the corresponding development strategy.First of all,taking the actual development of Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.as the research object,combined with the development status of veterinary drug industry,the research background,significance,method and content were explained respectively.Secondly,it analyzes the problems in the development of Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.,such as weak product structure,increasing operating costs year by year,difficulty in introducing professional talents,and increasing accounts receivable,and analyzes the causes of the problems,such as fierce competition in the industry,inaccurate market positioning,insufficient strategic planning,and imperfect recruitment mechanism.Through the combination of PEST analysis model and five-force analysis model,it deeply analyzes the macro environment and industry environment of Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.,Besides,the internal environment of the enterprise was considered from the aspects of ability and resources.By using the SWOT analysis method,the external opportunities and threats faced by Huikang Veterinary Medicine Co.,Ltd.as well as its internal advantages and disadvantages were explored in depth.A SWOT matrix was constructed by comprehensively considering all factors.Finally,through comparative analysis,Huikang Veterinary Medicine Co.,Ltd.has advantages in R&D ability,leading product technology,strong marketing ability,strict quality management system and professional scientific research personnel.Externally,factors such as the broad prospect of aquaculture industry,legal and policy norms,the large demand for veterinary drugs in the ruminant and pet markets,the huge space for Internet sales,the high attention paid to the safety of animal husbandry products,and the support from national policies have provided development opportunities for the Company.Therefore,Huikang Veterinary Drug Co.,Ltd.chooses growth strategy as its development strategy,and implements integration strategy,product development strategy and market penetration strategy in a complete set,specifically from the perspectives of adhering to the road of R&D and innovation,developing differentiated product portfolio,actively promoting integration strategy,strengthening market penetration,and strengthening the construction of quality system.Through the research on the development strategy of huikang veterinary drug co.,ltd.,the development goal of the company was reasonably planned to improve the economic efficiency and promote the long-term development of the enterprise,which provided a certain reference for other veterinary drug enterprises to formulate development strategies and promoted the high-quality development of the veterinary drug industry and the overall level of the veterinary drug industry.
