Cultivation Research On Circular Economy Industry Chain Of Wind Power Industry In Gansu Province

As an area rich in the resources of wind, Gansu is entering a new phase of the large-scale development and utilization of wind resources with the construction of million kilowatt wind power base in Jiuquan city, Gansu province. However, located in western China, lack of power grid facilities and policies that related to large-scale wind power grid Integration, wind power transmission has been a primal problem and important bottleneck for future development of wind power in Gansu. As the old industrial base, Gansu province has Lanlian, Lanhua, and a number of large industrial enterprises, these enterprises can't develop without the guarantee of power resource. At the same time, northwest part of Gansu has high environmental bearing capacity. Therefore, proper development of high load industries can form further demand for wind power. However, these gas-guzzling enterprises often associated with high pollution. Therefore, we need to find a way to consume the wind power in our own province as much as possible, and at the same time not to increase the pressure on ecological environment.The release of "Overall Plan for Circular Economy in Gansu" pointed out the direction of the development of circulation economy in Gansu. Circular economy industry chain is combined with the theory of circular economy and industrial chain theory, under the principle of "3R" in circular economy, systemic research is made to find out the problems such as the integrity, construct, integration, spatial layout and interest distribution of the industry train, in order to solve the problems that emerge in the process of promoting industry's self-development, such as ecological environment, conservation of resources, economic benefits and social effects. Therefore, fostering the circular economy industry chain of wind power in Gansu, will not only help to break wind power development bottleneck, but also greatly encourage the realization of the goal of "Overall Plan for Circular Economy in Gansu"This paper has seven parts, starts from the background and importance of making research on wind circular economy industry chain, and then on the basis of relevant papers, makes analysis on the meaning and characteristics of circular economy industry chain and the development status quo of the wind power industry in Gansu. Finally, the paper will suggest workable approaches for cultivating wind circular economy industry chain in Gansu and relevant measures.
