Facing the increasingly competitive environment, talents become the key element for business success more and more. In order to attract talented people, each enterprise tried every means and "tricks". They take various attractive measures in succession, for example, to improve the welfare, emphasize on training, provide development opportunities etc. In this war of striving for human resource, the payment is an essential element, which can reflect the talents'value visually. Therefore, how to develop an appropriate payment system to match the enterprise's development strategy is becoming a very important task that the company's human resource department is facing.This thesis mainly takes the payment theory and motivation theory as the theoretical basis. Through the analysis to XXX Company's human resource status quo, the thesis finds out the reason of problem. Combining the company's development strategy, basing on their actual situation, the thesis complies with six basic principles of the compensation design. By adopting the elemental analysis, the thesis analyzes and evaluates all positions of the company. Then according to the different functions of different positions, the thesis re-designs the payment structure. The writer hopes that the study of this thesis can help XXX Company's human resource team to scientifically manage its salary system and attract more talents and keep the internal existent talents to stay long and to upgrade the enterprise competitive power further.
