The Study Of Gansu Pharmaceutical Enterprise Patent Strategy Research

Intellectual property system is encouraging innovation, protecting people's intellectual labor to create and promote the productive forces of society into the operation system. It can promote the advancement of technology, economic development and cultural prosperity. Intellectual property patent protection system is an important component of the system, and now play a very important role. Experience tells us that development of all countries, who attach importance to the patent, who will be able to grasp the initiative in this field, the formulation and implementation of patent strategy of a country or region is conducive to long-term development. Business enterprises active patent strategy is to use the patent system as a competitive advantage to obtain patents, and seek long-term survival and continued development of the overall planning, related to a long-term development interests and even survival benefit.Slow economic development of Gansu Province, the level of science and technology behind the protection of intellectual property there is a gap over the eastern region, and promote the strategic development of intellectual property rights is particularly important in Gansu Province. Soft Intellectual Property Office of the thesis project-Investigation of Intellectual Property Strategy in Gansu Province-a pillar industry in Gansu Province patent strategy research as the basis, the results of field research objective benchmarks focus on the medical part of Gansu Province companies were analyzed and eventually concluded that to achieve the exploration and research, as the relevant administrative departments of Gansu Province and the business decision making to provide a theoretical reference purposes.
